We offer matchless quality and endeavour to offer greatest customer satisfaction. Considering the fact to err is human, we take responsibility of all our delivered goods and are always available to attend complaints. However it is encouraged to thoroughly go through our terms and conditions to avoid any future conflicts.

Postage cost for the returned item

With all due respect, we would like to make it very clear that Rugs of Dorking is not liable to pay the postage cost for the returned item. The shipping charges for the returned items must already be paid by the customer as we do not accept COD returns. In the case of policy violation, we have the rights to confiscate the returned item and the refundable amount.

Refunds and exchange

Our customers have the privilege of returning or exchanging the product within 7 days of delivery. As already mentioned the return postage charges would be borne by the customer. However, the refund would be made to the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund would only be made if the product is in the same condition as delivered or has some genuine defect.

As for the exchange offer you may choose another item from our selection to be delivered to your address after the outstanding difference has been paid. In case you choose a cheaper item we’ll refund the applicable difference to you.

Promotions and freebies

The promotion code and the free gift received along with the product is to be returned in case the item is being returned. However, if you choose to withhold them then we’ll be compelled to deduct the price of those free items from your refund.
