Rugs of Dorking take all the required measures to deliver high-quality products and customer service. We offer to deliver our products all over the UK regardless of which state you reside in.  However,we are willing to compensate for any inconvenience caused by our side after a thorough inspection. To keep the process transparent we’ve already set our delivery and return policy.

Delivery

We strive to dispatch the product as soon as the payments for the good is received in our business account. Maximum it takes up to 7 days for the dispatched item to reach our customers in the UK.

Order cancellation

If the customer cancels the order that has not yet been dispatched from our side then we are willing to refund the full payment ASAP. However, in case of the already dispatched shipment, the customer is obliged to receive the parcel and pay for the postage fee to return the product. The refund for the returned item can take up to 14 days.

Exchange policy

In the first place, we are sure one wouldn’t want to exchange our unique products although if anyone needs to we can make an exception. You may choose another item from our collection and pay the outstanding difference before delivery if any. On the contrary, if we owe you any difference we’ll refund it.

Return policy

We allow 14 days to our customers to return our products in case of defect or change of mind from receiving the product. However, the return charges would be borne by the customer. COD returns are non-acceptable and in such case, neither the payment nor the item would be returned to you.
